The degree covers four interconnected disciplines: mechanics, 电气/电子, motor control 系统 and computer science/information technology. All four drive the design, operation and 维护 of modern complex machinery.

You will receive hands-on learning that focuses on developing technical skills needed to support installation, 维护, 修复, calibration and troubleshooting of control circuitry and machine-to-machine networks. Some graduates also choose to continue their education to a four-year college or university for a bachelor's degree.

The program is one of only a few across the region that offers this training.

The Center for 职业生涯s and Transfer provides career resources and services and help in identifying your skills and interests and how they connect to career possibilities. Transfer counseling services are also available and a list of transfer agreements are posted.

技术标准 have been developed to establish the essential skills that a student must possess to be able to fully participate and complete the required tasks and assignments in the following programs: Clean Energy Management, A.A.S.; Electrical 建设 and Maintenance, A.O.S.; Heating/Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Technical 服务, A.O.S.; 机电一体化, A.A.S.; and Overhead Electric Line Worker, Certificate.
